The kitchen thrives on precision, passion, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards to produce a memorable experience for every guest. You will be working as part of a small team and in charge of looking after both retail & hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
  • Responsible for sites entire food operation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth service during high-pressure periods.
  • Responsible for menu development and food innovation, staying ahead of culinary trends.
  • Oversee the training and development of team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead when necessary.
  • Passionate about using seasonal, high-quality ingredients to create innovative dishes.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
