About this role
Social Media Customer Service Representative:
Are you passionate about helping others and enjoy engaging on social media? We are representing our client in the search for a passionate individual who can assist customers with their queries while representing our client across various social media platforms.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - shifts between 6am and 10pm Mon - Sun
Pay: £11.66 ph
Location: York YO26
Ongoing Temporary Contract
Initial training period in York, then remote thereafter
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries across social media
- Communicating customer feedback to relevant business stakeholders
- Engaging with followers and ensuring a positive social media presence.
- Posting timely updates and information on X (formerly Twitter).
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong customer service experience.
- Comfortable navigating and using multiple computer systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
