About this role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator to support our operations on a temporary contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently scan and manage a variety of documents
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Proficient use of SharePoint for collaborative document management
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Support daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration roles is preferred
- Familiarity with document scanning, file management, and data entry
- Proficiency in using SharePoint for document collaboration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborative teamwork
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
