Job title: Senior Support Worker
Location: Reading - you don't need to be a driver as this service has brilliant public transport links!
Salary: From £11.70 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however you will be required to cover shifts out of office hours and over the weekend as and if needed

What You'll Do:
- Be a Guiding Star: Assist in creating and reviewing personalised care plans. You'll work closely with families and professionals to ensure everything's on track.
- Lead with Flair: Support and guide their amazing Support Workers, helping them maintain top-notch care standards.
- Keep the Wheels Turning: Handle staff rotas and ensure their service is always ready to shine.
- Medication Mastery: Help with medication management and record-keeping like a pro.
- Life Skills Guru: Build strong relationships with those we support, helping them develop essential life skills.
- Community Connector: Engage with local opportunities, helping individuals build their identity and work towards their dreams.
- Flex Your Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. But, be ready for some exciting weekend shifts and on-call support!
What You'll Need:
- Leadership Experience: Ideally, you've led a team in a supported living environment, but don't worry-they'll provide guidance.
- Personal Care Pro: Experience in providing personal care is essential.
- Mental Health Savvy: A background in mental health and strong communication skills will set you apart.
