About this role
Receptionist required for a busy corporate office based in Montrose, working 9-5 Monday - Friday.
Starting: ASAP
Length of Assignment: circa 6 weeks potential to be extended thereafter
Rate of Pay: £12 per hour
What you'll be responsible for:
- Taking incoming calls
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Preparing teas and coffees
- Ensuring a welcoming experience to all entering the building
What you'll come with:
- Previous experience providing excellent customer service, reception experience preferred but not essential
- Professional tone and good communication skills
- Friendly and welcoming personality
