Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Inverness
Service: Elderly Care
Salary: £52,000 - £56,000
Responsibilities
* Using strong leadership skills you will inspire other staff members to provide the best standards of care, provide guidance and support and continue on their professional development.
* Continuously strive for the best care to ensure standards are met in line with SSSC and Care Inspectorate.
* Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Taking full responsibility for the home in the absence of the manager.
* Participating in recruitment, reports, following health and safety procedures, finance support including budgeting and payroll.
Requirements
* Registered nursing qualification with an active PIN is essential.
* Leadership and Management qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
* Experience leading and motivating a team.
* Communication skills.
