Salary: Paying up to £50,000 per annum

Working Hours: Fully flexible, over a 7 day working service

Dedicated to providing exemplary planned care for patients from birth to 18 years. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Registered sick Children's Nurse to provide leadership in all clinical areas providing specialist education and audit.

Overview of the CYP Lead role:

Our client is looking for an experienced CYP Nurse to lead the team at their unit in Horley, West Sussex. This role focuses on providing exemplary planned care for patients aged from birth to 18 years, specialising in various clinical areas, education, and audit within a world-class care facility. Join one of the UK's most respected private hospital groups, offering personalised treatments with a full multidisciplinary medical team.

Key Responsibilities as a CYP Lead

  • Develop a practice in health and well-being assessment is crucial to ensure effective care delivery and excellent clinical leadership.
  • Creating a positive working environment that prioritises health, safety, and welfare enhances the overall team dynamic.
  • Undertaking Human Resource activities and implementing technology for measurement and treatment are key aspects of managing a successful team.
  • Developing strategies and policies for service improvement and providing leadership support are essential for achieving organisational goals.

Essential qualifications & experience required as a CYP Lead

  • You will be a Registered sick Children's Nurse
  • NMC registered
  • EPLS/PALS is essential
  • Child Protection level 3
  • Experience working in a lead role within a similar setting
  • Experience Working as a practitioner in and across multi disciplinary teams
