Overview of the Registered Children's Nurse role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Children's Nurse to lead the team at their unit in Horley, West Sussex. This role focuses on providing exemplary planned care for patients aged from birth to 18 years, specialising in various clinical areas, education, and audit within a world-class care facility. Key Responsibilities as a Registered Children's Nurse
- You will contribute to the assessment of patients' health and well-being across a diverse and evolving caseload.
- You will assist in the delivery of care to address individual health and well-being needs effectively.
- You will provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information with professionalism and discretion.
- You will actively develop your own knowledge and skills, as well as support the development of others.
- You will promote best practices in health, safety, and security within the organisation.
- You will assist in the maintenance and development of services to ensure high-quality care.
Essential qualifications & experience required as a Registered Children's Nurse
- You will be a Registered Nurse with no restriction on NMC PIN
- Experience of working on a children's ward
- Confident with working independently
