Key Responsibilities:

      *     Provide top-notch customer service to our Arabic-speaking clients
      *     Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
      *     Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
      *     Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality
      *     Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

      *     Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
      *     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      *     Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      *     Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      *     Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
