Since 2002 Search have held the quality management systems accreditation.

This demonstrates our ability to consistently provide services that meet regulatory requirements, and enhance customer satisfaction. We do this by improving processes and meeting customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Being a member of the REC means being among the best. We understand our obligations to jobseekers, and adhere to REC standards, regularly completing compliance tests to stay in membership.

Cyber Essentials is an effective, government backed scheme that helps protect organisations against a whole range of cyber attacks. This certification gives us peace of mind that our defences will protect against the vast majority of common cyber attacks because we have the right Cyber Essentials technical controls in place.

Safety Management Advisory Service (SMAS) Worksafe is a leading health and safety assessment provider and Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP)registered member scheme. The scheme assesses thousands of contractors annually according to SSIP core criteria. Contractors are audited on a yearly basis to ensure a consistent standard is being delivered. SMAS Worksafe works in collaboration with key trade associations and other partners in construction. Certification is recognised by thousands of individual clients across the UK.

Constructionline is a register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants used by the construction industry in the UK. The database is accessed by over 2000 organisations including; central government, local authorities and contractors who require you to be accredited before beginning the tender process. Constructionline helps all sides of a deal find solutions to typical problems associated with the tender process, saving everyone time, money and hassle in the process.

The National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers (NAPIT) is a leading government approved and UK Accreditation Service (UKAS). It provides a membership scheme for those operating in the building services and fabric sector.

Search Health & Social care Scotland are proud to be accredited by the Care Inspectorate. They are a scrutiny body which supports improvement in care homes across Scotland. They look at the quality of care to ensure it meets high standards. 

Search are proud to be an approved supplier of Non Clinical Staffing for the NHS as part of the CSS (Crown Commercial Service).

We work with many public sector organisations and NHS trusts to supply quality non-clinical workers including fixed-term, temporary positions and contractors. Roles include, but are not limited to, admin, clerical, catering and maintenance.
